Every Virtu & Co. product comes with its own guarantee. Here is how each one works.

  • Email us within 90 days of delivery. We approve the return before you send anything back.
  • Return the bonnet unworn, unwashed and unused, in its original packaging with the tags on.
  • You get store credit or a bonnet in a different color. Return shipping is paid by you.

Mini Pocket Flower Press: 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

  • Return the press within 30 days of delivery, undamaged, in the condition you received it and in its original packaging, with your order number.
  • Return shipping is paid by you. There is no restocking fee.
  • Once the return reaches us and has been checked, we refund your original payment method.

Travel Sleep System: 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

  • Request a return within 60 days of delivery. Send it back unworn or unused, with its tags, in its original packaging, with your order number.
  • We email you a return shipping label and instructions.
  • Your refund goes to your original payment method within 10 business days of the return being approved.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund you, at no cost to you.

How to start a return

  1. Ask for the return. Email info@virtuandco.com or use our Contact page, with your order number.
  2. Wait for our instructions. We'll send you the return address (and, for the Travel Sleep System, the label). Please don't send anything back before you have them.
  3. Send it back as described for your product above.

Other products

Anything not listed above can be returned unused within 30 days of delivery, in its original packaging. Return shipping is paid by you, unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or wrong.

Cancelling an order

Need to cancel? Message us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll cancel it before it ships. After that, you can return it once it arrives, as described above.
