Shipping policy
We ship to addresses in the United States, with tracking.
Delivery time
Standard shipping takes about 7–12 business days (Monday to Friday, not counting holidays). This is an estimate, not a guaranteed date. When your order ships, we email you a tracking link.

Where we ship
These products ship to US addresses only.
Tracking your order
Please allow 24–48 hours after the shipping email for the first carrier scan to show. You can check it on our Track your order page. If your tracking hasn't changed for 5 business days, message us and we'll look into it with the carrier.
Changing your address or cancelling
Need to fix your address, or cancel? Message us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll update or cancel the order before it ships. Once it's on its way we can't redirect it, but you can still return it as described in our Refund policy.
Orders with more than one item
Items from the same order sometimes travel in separate packages, each with its own tracking number. You never pay extra when that happens.
Late, lost or stolen packages
Carriers sometimes run late because of weather, holidays or busy periods. If tracking says your package was delivered but you can't find it, please check with your neighbors and your local post office first. If it still hasn't turned up after 3 days, message us and we'll send a replacement or refund you.
